Most-adopted Stellar tokens

Adoption here is measured in trustlines. A trustline is Stellar's explicit opt-in: before an account can hold an asset, it must create a ledger entry agreeing to hold it. That makes trustline count a far more deliberate signal than a follower number — each one is an on-chain action someone's account took.

It is still not a quality rating, and it is worth knowing how the number can be inflated. Airdrops routinely create trustlines in bulk, and an asset distributed widely for free can show a large count while almost every balance sits at zero. A high number tells you an asset is widely held; it does not tell you it is widely used.

Read trustline count alongside two other things on each row: how concentrated the holdings are (a large count means little if a handful of accounts hold nearly all the supply), and whether the issuer has revoked its mint, freeze, and clawback authority. Wide adoption under an issuer that can still freeze balances is a description of scale, not of safety.
